King Kong PS2 - Because it far exceeded my expectations as I've played alot of crappy movie-to-game games which totally sucked. Seems as if they used another game's core platform and just did a rush job to fill in the gaps to get it out in time of the movies release. Who knows, they might of did it to this one too but there are alot of misses and hardly any hits from what I've played, and this is suprisingly a hit in my books.
Worst..... I'll get back to you on that one.....

I think basing movies on video games is pretty lame altogether so I can't really think of any one that would rate as even "fair" that I've seen.

Yeah, usually games based off upcoming releases suck. I was going more for the games properties that were later turned into movie scripts though.

Add to the list of lame game to movie:
Mortal Kombat and its sequel
Really? I thought that was a good one.
Better than Street Fighter, at least (not that they set the bar all that high).

I only saw Mortal Kombat once. I remember thinking it was pretty good. Not great, but good. I actually watched Street Fighter for the first time a few months ago. That was so bad that it was kinda cheesy good. LOL

Postal. Definitely Postal for favourite. It's made by Uwe Boll, and when I saw that my heart sank. But it's quality. (Well, it's not, it's just juvenile, but it's hilarious) Think South Park style humour

The Rock kinda threw Doom into the scrapheap with his terrable acting; but I though karl Urban, and a small crew of no-names sorta made that movie worthwhile. So I'll agree with your top 2 pics, but I kinda liked Doom!

The reason Doom sucked was not because of the Rock, it was because it strayed so far from the video game story line. The movie was basically Resident Evil on Mars.

I would probably have mentioned it, if I actually watched it. I have heard to steer WAY clear of that one. LOL
