OMG, i remember the owner of that alleged website coming up for discussion a while back and i remember a few people saying that he was a good guy.
Anyway, i guess this is proof in the pudding that he was using dishonest tactics to con these women into posing for him & us.
To those men out there who decide it's okay not to be upfront about their pervy pleasures, this type of fetish behavior does not help our public image AT ALL.
This man tricked this woman into thinking she was helping with a school project when in fact, he used her feet as voyuer fodder for himself & thousands of other sexually deprived eyeballs. He should've been upfront about his intentions. ...Now she is getting an attorney.
Remember this the next time you try to deceive a woman for her feet. We need more honesty and less deciept in this fetish! Please take heed!

LOL..Doh! Now it makes sense why the settings were the way they were in his pics back40foot.com..that was one of many the guy ran i guess. That's pathetic, grow some balls and be honest with your models why you are taking pics of their feet and have them sign a release.

From reading this article I have several thoughts. Yes it was very bad for him to "pose" as a student to get his material. The situation reminds me of years back when some men were posing as police officers with blue lights in their cars, badges ... etc, pulling women over.
Even though the method of his material collecting was not admirable ... he essentially only took FOOT pictures. He didn't expose their faces nor did he whip his dick out on any of these women so I do not see where a crime is really committed.
I wonder how exactly she found her pictures on his site. Did they mention that at all (I might have missed it)?
Also, it is crazy how so many women are willing to just help a stranger these days. Why don't these women ask more questions, write down information about the "photographer" or even question the motives? I know I would be a little more curious about exactly WHY my feet were being requested for photographs in public by a strange man I do not personally know. Though I would not have issue with it ... some may and they are the ones who do should be more cautious.
Lastly - funny how when she thought the pictures were for a FREE college group - she was peachy. Seems the "pay site" part is also a factor in her complaint.
I agree with wrinklesguy ... just be honest and speak your mind on what you want the pictures for! If she says NO - that is her right. If she says YES - maybe you can work a foot date out of it

Yes, it was mentioned that she received an email from someone in Canada. The person alerted her to the use of her image.
I checked out the website; her picture was easy enough to find. She had her name-tag prominently displayed, along with the name of the establishment. A quick Google search of both of these items leads you right to her and, presumably, her contact information. Seems an overzealous user of the site decided to take matters into his own hands.
So, yes, not only was he using deception to collect these photographs, but he was also including face shots and other personally identifiable information. Not very wise. And, in my opinion, highly unethical. Regardless of the woman's stupidity.

Here's a quote from the article: "On Tuesday morning, Caicedo received an e-mail from someone in Canada who saw her photo on back40foot.com"

The following pics of this particular fetish victim, Shannon Caicedo, are on his website: [pic 1] [pic 2] [pic 3]

From what I'm told in other foot fetish posts i've read about him in the past, this same photographer has a video of himself making the most embarrassing perverted sounding moans while he gets himself off when one woman puts her feet all up in his face. They described his sound as so desperate and pathetic that I just wanted to see the clip myself to see how bad it was. I never saw it though, but have heard reference to these clips of his on more than one occasion in foot fetish mesg boards across the net.

Yeah I had missed that ... I re-read it and see that part now - thanks guys
Now knowing that he did use her information and face ... that is a whole new ball game. Yet still I have issue with the fact she allowed the photographs in the first place?
Does no one agree it should be the "model's" RESPONSIBILITY to know exactly what she is posing for in the first place? If he gave story of college project ... I would have asked for a little bit more than a camera and backpack.
