I haven't seen evidence that any particular fetishist is more prone to masturbation or sexual activity in general... the only problem I would associate with "excessive" masturbation is bleeding , but no blood no foul. I have noticed that I become habituated to certain types of stimulation (masturbation, oral, vaginal, foot) when done to the exclusion of all else. This can make orgasm more difficult with the other stimuli (but not impossible). If you're worried you can't "get off" with anything other than masturbation, you need to work your control. You can do this by maintaining a constant rhythm with the hand, and relying on your breath control, muscle tension, and mental imagery to finish (because you will always have control of these factors, no matter the partner). I hope that allays your fears... too much masturbation sounds like as big a problem as too much sex to me.
