I've never seen any evidence to support this. I think most guys masturbate a lot regardless of what body part(s) they like the best. I usually masturbate about twice a day, sometimes more, sometimes less, but I don't think having a foot fetish has anything to do with it. The main reason is because when most people get turned on by a womans' feet, they are either working or in public so they dont have the opportunity to masturbate more.

Well it's all relative...for example if you see a lot of sexy feet in a given day then chances are you will more likely think about those sexy feet, either intentionally or subconsciously, which may trigger you to wack off. At least this is mostly the case with me. Anyone else agree?
