I would simply ask her. I've wasted far to much time hinting or suggestion things and it seems like it goes right over their head. Have you ever just asked.

You don't want to be having to nag her about it (if you have to go THAT far then there probably is a problem in the relationship). Most girls WANT to make their guys happy. But as others have mentioned:
1) offer to send her to the spa to get her feet taken care of or
2) offer to learn how to do it yourself
