In regards to JZ Wand, if they have paysite clips, and the owners are not aware of this, it's illegal and will be shut down anyways, but by the authorities.
If you have clips up there that are being used without permission, again... illegal.
I just glanced through it and if they are legit, then great. I am sure that they have went through the legal aspects of this to even change the business model from free to pay.

I really don't think there's any way that charging a member fee for that site that has nothing but material that is donated will work long term... The economics don't make any sense.
It's very simple.... Pretty much all of the content is generated and provided by its members. Some for voyueristic reasons but most are trying to drive traffic to their wesbite or clipstore.
If the footfetishtube starts to charge people to see material that theoretically isn't theirs (it's dontated) traffic will no doubt decline... The average person in today's economy simply won't pay $29.95 a month.
As the traffic steadily declines the website owners will get less and less hits to their sites that were generated from footfetishtube.
As they see less and less hits to their sites they will gradually stop posting new sample clips as often or perhaps stop all together.
Ultimately when there is no steady influx of new material there will be less renewals and members.
There is a chance however that due to enormous amount of material the site may be able to entice potential members to fork out the cash for 2-3 months though.
Footfetishtube has had a nice long run as one of the best member donated content sites around. It's sad to see it come to an end.
I do understand that it takes money to run that site. But I thought his banner advertising sales was covering that?

If it stays a "tube" site, then it will probably run into problems. But there are paysites out there that run off member submitted material. One such site is Dark Cavern, which I used to belong to. It's an interracial site, but it has more than just video content. It has the whole 9 yards for interacting with people and over time even added some sparse self-generated or bought content.

Looks like what FFT is now doing is getting you to "register" with a username and password. Then you become a "member" and get to view about 6-8 videos for free until eventually thereafter you go to click on another video thumbnail and a "Subscription FAQ" screen comes up every time you go to view a video.
I wouldn't pay anything for this site. It's full of crappy 15 second to 5 minute videos. On occasion you'll come across a 20+ minute vid, and even on a rarer occasion you'll be lucky to stumble upon a full-length flick.
No skin off my back. Where 1 site goes pay, 10 more free ones pop up.

FFT is gonna go the same way The Fetish Republic went, which was a fantastic full of brilliant FF videos! then they became a pay site, then they re-designed it lost all the amazing videos and are now a terrible bad tube site.

Wow, the quality of most of the videos arent even that good, and most of the clips are 20 seconds long. And it took me 10 months to find about 20 decent clips of a good length and quality. Plus paying $360 a year for videos the you cant even save to your computer is the ultimate ripoff.
Fortunately for me, I've moved on to other free sites (that have much longer videos with waaay better quality), and I stopped using FFT a long time ago.

Same here. That's my usual procedure, although I barely get a chance to do it now because YouTube has turned into an even more barren wasteland for foot fetish vids the past months.

There's so much free content on the web that there may be no real need to join any site. However, there are some models whose work I really enjoy, and want to see some benefit from the beautiful feet photos they produce. Besides, if most models don't make money, they eventually disappear, and who wants to see that?
