I don't think this entirely passes the litmus test, as this is more like holding public office rather than working in the private sector.
Yes if you're a politician or are working for one as a campaign manager or hold public office it may create a stir, but so can anything sexual. In America we like our public office figures to be either completely asexual or have a very generic marriage.
After reading this article I am also more than certain that whom-ever "leaked" this to the press anonymously most likely wanted the poor guy to resign or quit and was just looking for "dirt" on that person. I may be wrong but the only reason why this anonymous leak happened is to make damn sure that there will be no-contest to the resignation. It could have just as easily been an affair or an indiscretion with a call girl as with Elliot Spitzer - if anyone thinks that he got nailed because he was not careful and not because he had it in for CitiBank/CitiGroup is buying the "spin".
An alternate article states "Authorities Discovered that Mark Kassle was the website operator of ohmyhose.com" - I ask you, why would authorities be "discovering" this unless he was placed into a dirt-digging investigation that was supposed to turn up "something" inflammatory or damaging in the first place.
But here is the counter to prove that stupid things happen in the private sector indeed. ->

I've hemmed and hawed about even replying to this topic, but I figure hey, it's the intertoobz, if I can't say it here, where can I say it?
I am not comfortable showing my face, for several reasons.
- When I was in university, I had a quasi-stalker. He'd show up wherever I was, would follow me from class to class, and would come into my work. I started borrowing friend's cars so he would think I got a new one (I had a bumper-sticker-covered car, so it was really recognizable.) I managed to shake him eventually. Even now, some 7 years later, I still get nervous if I see the same person in more than one place on the same day. Putting my face out there makes me feel more vulnerable than I'd like.
- I am the black sheep child of the black sheep branch of a Very Very Religious Family. The shit would hit the fan so hard and the hypocrisy of being spotted on a "porn" website by those browsing said website would be totally lost on them. This will not be as much of an issue once my grandmother passes, but until that day (which I hope is a very very long time from now, because my grandma is awesome), it's "safer".
- This is all very new to me. It's a way of exploring my sexuality outside of the traditional confines of marriage. My husband is -not- the peen in the footjob films (and he's okay with this; feet aren't his thing).
- I'll have the discussion with my daughter about what mommy does when she's old enough, not when Timmy from kindergarten's mother tsk-tsk's at me.
- The title of this post infers that my face would be pretty. I don't see it. I was horribly bullied from 2nd grade through middle school (I started talking back in high school), and my appearance was a major picking point. You can't undo six years of hearing "you're ugly, you're worthless" and the like overnight - it's a very long healing process. These days, I'm seeing myself as "average". This is a helluva step up from before.

I would just say thanks for sharing your feet with us, better than nothing after all. While "the pose" is one of my favorite picture positions I understand some women wanting to be discreet. Besides, if we give her enough positive feedback maybe she will show her face someday. I just want to give out a big THANK YOU to all the ladies for sharing their beautiful feet with us, and understanding our fetish.

Very true. I remember Layna from My Space and she showed only feet. Now she shows her face too!
