Not really. I kept my fetish a secret from my girlfriend for years.
Infact it's a pretty silly story.
We're educated people but we joked around saying "well if the LHC destroys the known universe then lets have a wild night". Since then I've been really open about it and she's also been very accommodating about it; taking better care of her feet etc. She loves her feet being played with so its all good.
So no it hasn't wavered but I did keep it secret for a long time.

thats pretty cool, i also kept it a secret most of my life. however getting into a situation where you have had a girlfriend let you at her feet and then take it away is a bit more difficult!

I'd have to say it has definitely gotten stronger in some ways over the years. I've not yet felt the desire for feet weaken, other than for maybe a 3 day period at most. I'll turn to other types of porn or activities with the wife from time to time but the good ol' foot fetish always comes raging back in a big way.
Like some others have said, my fetish has evolved over the years. I see many more interesting and arousing aspects of feet these days, as well the female body in general. Funny how that happens. I think the internet has quite a bit to do with that. Always seeing new things to fantasize about and try out.
