I mean wow, just seeing all those MILLIONS of people in Washington, DC behind 1 man had got me to thinking. What do you all here think? Is He possibly the 2nd. coming IF he does what he says he'll do AND fulfill his promises?

I'm an Obama fan, but he's not the second coming. He'd tell you that himself.
However, I've never seen any president with this many fans and harboring this much faith from the American people. I suppose this is what it was like to see Kennedy get in to office, especially as Kennedy was the first president to break the White House status quo (White Anglo-Saxon Protestant)....unless you believe the rumors that claim Abraham Lincoln was an atheist.
Anyway, this sort of status is unfair. He may be the leader of the this country, but he is still just a man taking on an incredibly difficult job. Even if he does do everything he wants to get done during his term, he's just a man who's done his job well.

Even though the character himself is bringing in new changes, I believe that even a change in ruling party alone would bring enough positive change to the country.
He's not the second coming. Besides... the second coming is marked by armageddeon. He's just a guy replacing somebody who couldn't do their job AT ALL.

Clearly, you have no concept of what real socialism is. As it is, FDR was way more "socialist" than Obama or most Democrats nowadays are, and he led us out of the Great Depression and through most of World War II....so yeah.

World War II got this country out of the Great Depression, not necessarily FDR's New Deal. Unemployment was still high in the years before this country entered World War II and most people still weren't doing well. World War II jumpstarted the economy and the country back on the road to prosperity.
And, for the record, Kennedy was Catholic, not Protestant.
If making more people and businesses (i.e. banking, auto industry, etc.) dependent on government, along with expanding government, and potentially spending money, to levels never seen before isn't socialism, then I don't know what is.

No he's not the second coming, Jesus according to the Bible and Koran was not that big on government.
So second coming no, 1st President in a while with a brain, a mandate, and the backing of the people in this country and many others, yes.

Good to hear someone else is worrying about this. Nationalizing healthcare and banking. WTF!!! Sounds like a BAD idea to me.
