The pose you describe above is one of the best. I love feet propped up where they are really on display, as opposed to seeing them under a table or stretched out on a bed or sofa.

Same here. I may get by at first looking at a few pics with just feet and no face but, sooner or later, if I don't see a face to go with the feet, I'll lose interest because I'm wondering if I'm looking at a Tranny too! lol
Hell, these days, you can't even be sure by looking at some Tranny's faces that they aren't women 'cause they are so feminine looking, unless you see them naked that is, and see something dangling, and it's not their shoe I'm talking about! LOL Then you know.

I prefer full body shots, but I do like to see foot close-ups. Of course, as WillJerk4Feet pointed out, you never know if those feet actually belong to a guy!

I personally like to see the face included in the photos but can understand some women not wanting there face plastered all over the internet. I also agree that you kind of wonder if some of the pictures posted are of mens or tranny's feet.

I post pics here of my wife semi-regularly, and she does not want her face shown. Should all of us with wife's or Gf's who want that stop posting?? I'd really miss some great contributors to this board.
Also- how does this apply to pics with really ugly women showing very attractive feet?
I like a pretty face with pretty feet in pics as much as anyone, and my wife's face is every bit as awesome as her feet. But- I do what I can.
As for this paranoia about seeing guys or trannies feet- how often does this happen to you guys??? It seems to me there are plenty of women posting feet pics on the internet- and like 2nd to God in Power says- can't you tell???

Well see, we all KNOW you're legit and your wife is a female with extremely sexy toes, the type that I go crazy over, nice chunky soft toes. Women with sexy chunky toes are the sexiest.

lol How often does it happen? I bet it happens a lot more than we know, because I don't care what anyone says, seeing a pic of a foot and saying for sure that it's a woman's foot, ain't gonna cut it.
I've seen stuff posted on Wu's many a time, where someone posts a pic, even if it's a pic of some corpse looking masculine feet, but as long as they say they are a "woman", guaranteed you'll see 5 or 6 people on here going "OMG, some sexy feet there baby!" just because the words "feet" and "woman" were used together.
Now, I'm not saying that maybe it wasn't a woman, because I've seen some women with some nasty ass feet before lol, so ya, it's possible. And I've seen the opposite too, a tranny with very feminine looking feet that could fool anyone. But c'mon, this is the internet, people are fooled on a daily basis plenty of times with pics, forum posts, stories, etc. etc. and never even know it.
Since the mid 90's, I've seen more than a couple "women" get busted on the net, or they finally just came out and admited to being trannys. Plenty of dicks went limp after that I bet. lol Oh well, no biggie, it does happen though.

As a woman, I prefer not to show my face until I am completely comfortable. So it's not that I never will and there are some who might receive a private "face" showing at some point through PM or regular email.
I think if the woman shows enough of herself to prove she's a woman then you don't necessarily need her face...after all -- you probably aren't going to be dating her so if your fetish is for feet - and you've seen enough to know she's truly female .... then you have what you were looking for!
As for bringing personality into it, I think that can be done through comments and sharing little stories when the post is done.

well there was a pic thread here where it was clearly a guy pretending to be a woman and the thread grew to 5 pages
