^ there's plenty of ways too pull it off, but "how much to pay?" will vary by the woman.
however, if you go way above the average woman's financial breaking point (hundreds to thousands of dollars), then you can increase your chances and not have to worry about asking how much to pay.
as far as pulling it off, just walk up to a girl when she is alone and bribe away, but don't be creepy.
if you are trying to bribe a girl in the classic sense, then of course you will need to obtain some dirt on her 1st, preferably some serious dirt, Hee Hee!
i've thought of the latter with a really hot girl who modeled her feet for some business partners of mine years ago, but now the girl is like an exceptional lawyer and would probably sue my ass in a heartbeat if i so much tried to bribe her into modeling her feet again by using the threat of already having the rights to her feet from years ago when she 1st modeled as a needy college student.

You must not live in a decent sized city then. I'm in central VA and it's pretty conservative around here and small too but damn, there's plenty of girls for incall/outcall listed under the Adult Services section on craiglist. Remember, the Adult Services section, not the Personals section.
If you don't have any ads worth responding to on craigslist in your area, then I'd go to the next biggest city online and surf that city's Adult Services ads. There has to be something in there for you one way or the other.

indianapolis is the biggest city in the state. the fact i can't find anything here is quite sad. the next biggest town is 2 hours away, but i don't drive, so i'm just sorta stuck with it

I usually look in the "casual encounters" section, I've looked in adult sevices a couple of times and got pornbot responses to e-mails. i've dialed a couple numbers from there as well and had a guy answer a few times.
plus, most are for massage. so, is there some sort of ways to convince the massage lady i want a footjob, or is the "massage" just a front?

Almost all of those type of craigs ads are just a front for sex of some kind, whether it be footjobs, handjobs, blowjobs, and just regular body slappin' sex of course. Very few ads are for a normal 'massage'.

Well, if a lady is having success at this, then she's gonna continue posting ads for herself about once a day or so, not surprising really. They do that here too.
This same lady has been posting once a day for months now, she's a Dom type also and even in her add she says 'want to worship sexy, pedicured feet?' I almost dialed the number when I saw that.
Seems like the law doesn't really want girls standing on the corner like they used to, which is understandable but, prostitution is slowly becoming commonplace behind the scenes.
