Are you calling me an Asshole because I think that cheating on your wife behind her back is wrong? If so - that says a lot about you. If not, then I misunderstood. In either case I don't see what your problem is given the information presented in his first post. Those of us that respect the vows of marriage will not agree with his request. Are you saying we cannot post our opinions on the matter?
From my morally imposing high ground it is my opinion, that if you get married you have an obligation to your wife, under most circumstance to remain faithful to her and only her. Of course there are extenuating circumstances. Perhaps you have an open marriage. Perhaps you have been married a while and you have tried talking to your wife about the lack of sex of lack or fetish related activities. If you tried to communicate with no luck then I could see looking elsewhere.
But this dude stated he gets what he wants all the time. He is just looking for some variety. That makes it wrong unless his wife knows about it! I bet 99% of married guys would love to get some variety. Those who respect their marriage fight the urge and find other outlets.

Man if your gonna do it, just don't get caught...any guy in here who thinks that his wife/girlfriend wouldn't cheat on him just as quick as he would cheat on her is a FOOL.
ANYONE will cheat on ANYBODY given the right circumstances doesn't matter if your with someone for 6 months or 30 years, guys and girls alike. One thing that I have learned from my past relationships is that YOU CAN NOT PREVENT SOMEONE FROM CHEATING ON YOU, plain and simple...if they're gonna cheat, then they're gonna cheat...nothin you can do about that.
There's no such thing as loyalty now a'days your just as loyal as the next guy. What's important is that you stay up on YOU. Make your own money, have your own car, have your own place and make sure you always look your BEST. That way, if things go south with the one your currently with, your not left out to dry. You move forward and your on to the next one.
Which is why marriage scares me. The legal ramifications for getting a divorce in this country are HUUUGGGGEEEE and people often over look that. I have a job, in sales, where I'm out on the road all day. One of the industries that I handle is "professional services" I.E. legal, real estate, accounting, you get the idea...
The lawyers I speak to that handle divorces say that getting a divorce is "very very very expensive" HELLO??? THE LAWS IN THIS COUNTRY DONT FAVOR THE MEN. YOU GET A DIVORCE AND YOU LOSE ALL YOUR SHIT!!! The wife is even "entitled" to access to your PENSION...if you have one. Not to mention all the money your gonna pay the lawyer just to process the thing.
So my conclusion to all this is, your married right? Your thinking about getting feet? Ok rock on...women are the best! I love em! Now, if you get caught, and if you think that could potentially lead down the road of splitting up, accusations of cheating...DIVORCE...make no mistake, YOU WILL PAY...no doubt about it.

Yeah Detroit I was harsh, that's my opinion and I'm damn well entitled to it, posting my opinions online is certainly not forcing them on anyone. Especially when it became obvious that he was posting looking for other women when he hadn't spoken to his wife about it. This is an internet forum if you have forgotten and if you or anyone else here doesn't like someone else's opinion, maybe this isn't the place for you. If you don't want to hear the truth then don't ask the question.
Don't give me this fairy-tale bullshit about finding the right one. Hollywood has us believing that we're all going to find the right one and everything will be all happy with no work at all. WRONG, this is real life, good things take patience, work, compromise and communication. As for open relationships? The term itself is an oxymoron. I have had many friends, some of which in married open relationships, all have failed. Oh and finally figuring out that you're an open relationship type person once married is kinda bullshit, you're supposed to figure that shit out before you agree to vows. What are your words worth if you go back on them? You want to know a real scary statistic? When the economy bottomed out so did the divorce rate. No one wanted to go through the possible financial stress of a divorce. That just shows what is really important to the majority of the population.
Thank you skaramunga for saying that loyalty is gone and basically telling me that I lied about my moral values. Yes, in fact I have been hurt by women and I have hurt women in the past. Again, part of growing up and making me the man I am today. I am loyal to my girl, and she is loyal to me. Without question. So don't tell me who I am when you honestly have no fucking idea. Maybe I am all alone when I say that I find monogamy attractive, that I like the idea of building a life with my partner and having a family at my side when I pass into the next life. This is just who I am.
By the way the word your shows possession, you're means you are. Both you and Detroit's use of capitol lettering is highly annoying. Now, I'm just being an asshole...

I'm not angry or losing it what so ever. I wrote that post in a calm and orderly manner. I did bust out the caps once, and for that, I apologize.
You pretty well missed the entire point of my last post. Especially the ending, where I showed the difference between me being an asshole and me expressing who I am as a person and my opinions.
This has obviously become some sort of personal attack, what exactly I called you? I am not sure of, so if you could highlight this for me, I may consider this statement. In fact, my initial post on this page wasn't even addressed to you, although you had a problem with it.
Alas, I am done with this thread. I'm not here to argue, although, I am quite opinionated, as you already know.
