My wife actually likes me being a foot fetishist. To be honest, I've had VERY little trouble with being one. Truthfully, I've only ever dated one girl out of MANY that cared.
So, would I change it? Nope! I love being a foot fetishist. From a completely logical standpoint, there are advantages.
+My wife likes foot massages, I like giving them.
+Traditional means of women attempting to seduce me don't work as well (that's kept me out of trouble, especially back in high school).

The whole fetish has its ups and downs. On the one hand, you go through life wondering if you are different from the norm, where it came from, why you have it etc. Then there's always some nutjob in the news getting caught jacking into some girl's shoe closet. Some girls get REALLY put off about it, almost to the point of being insulting. When I finally did get the courage up to talk about it with close friends, they'd give me looks every time a foot fetish joke popped up on tv or in a movie. It's embarrassing.
But over the years, I've let my fetish work for me a little better. It helps to weed out the close minded girls, ones who I wouldn't want to date anyway. And in some ways, it makes it much easier to get off. A girl is 100x more likely to show off her feet than anything else, and some view it as a positive thing, making you unique amongst countless other guys.
I can't say for certain I wouldn't change my fetish if given the chance, but I can say that to lose it would make me an entirely different person in a much different world. I do wonder what it would be like, but I don't regret it.

I have never tried to change and I will never change. My first wife had problems with my love for woman feet and she was jerlous, and compliant alot,especially when she find my leg show magazines. Hell no. I've been cool with my foot fetish since I was 14. Didn't work it till I was 17 and I have ever enjoyed it since. I personally am very open about my foot fetish and there just isn't any stigma for me. And I find that fellow foot freinds who are totally cool and open with their fetish also don't have to worry about the whole stigma/mockery/your weird.
