A German tourist I met while in the park. I don't have a story to tell about her, unfortunately, other than to say that she was a bit self-conscious about posing for me because she was older than I was. I really like talking women like her into changing her mind and going along with the shoot because she had nothing to be ashamed of. That really flattered her and she decided to do the shoot after all.

Taking pictures of a park ranger. That's a first.
She works for the National Park Service as a ranger.

There are those who work behind the scenes in the corporate offices, and there are those who are the public faces of the National Park Service. She is one of them. She serves different duties such as operating the campgrounds, creating and providing educational programs to children, and guiding visitors on hikes. Unlike other people who basically live in these national parks when their work shifts are over, this woman, because she lives off the park, her job is like any other job in that she works for eight hours a day, five days a week and goes home at the end of the day to have her own life like any other 9 to 5 job.

 -

The National Park Service is an organization that helps assist in conserving the nation's natural and cultural heritage for the benefit of current and future generations.

REASONS WHY WORKING THERE WAS MADE FOR HER
First, she truly wants to help protect the resource where she works, saying, "Whether it's a museum, a river, ghost town, historic site, patrolling huge tracks of forest or desert, running campgrounds, doing maintenance, being out in the middle of no where, this is important to me."

Secondly, she wants people to enjoy the resource she and her team are helping to protect. She loves seeing all generations enjoy the resource. "Nothing is better than to see excited children enjoying the outdoors or learning from a program I put on. Even better is seeing when they bring their families back to enjoy a public resource."

Finally, she dislikes abuse of the park. Vandalism, graffiti and not following rules that are there to protect the resource and interactions with nature or other park visitors are a sore spot with her and other Park Rangers everywhere.

HER VIEWS ON HER OWN FEET
"I'm completely flat-footed and I can tell you one advantage I've noticed over the years. When walking up a hill whether grass or dirt I can sort of stand on the incline and stay balanced. So it's like I'm sort of standing sideways. For me it makes it easier going up hills."

Being more comedic about it, she added, "I guess walking barefoot across damp tile or wood floors, sounds like I'm walking on suction cups like you'd see someone use to climb a glass skyscraper. I also think I may be able to swim faster. Wearing flip flops, I can get my feet to make cool slapping sounds when I hit the right surfaces effectively, startling people."

She wishes to have arches on her feet, but she's not embarrassed by her feet either.

She's seen a lot of things in the National Park she patrols, but she hasn't seen anyone take pictures of another person's feet in a purposeful shoot. Having this happened to her in Central Park was a treat for her. That was her first time visiting Central Park and already she felt like it was a new home to her.

NATIONAL PARK GIRL has lovely soles despite her flat feet. [Mmm] My favorite photo in her gallery is #18, a full-on double sole shot that includes her smiling face. [Big Grin]

NATURAL ADVICE

If you want to be successful at this, it'll really help that you look fantastic. I want you to look as good as possible this year. To do so, just follow these steps and it'll change how you dress.

KILL OFF DESIGNER CLOTHES
I've seen a steady decline over the last few years of people who wear clothes that bear the names Gucci, LV and other major fashion labels, most recently with Balenciaga 'cause they're a bunch of pedophiles. Stop wasting your money on that garbage and understand that labels do not matter.

Whenever I see someone with a Gucci product on, it looks tacky more than anything else, especially being that it's so easy to get counterfeits. You look tasteless and you're wasting your money. If you really want to better your style, buy brandless stuff.

Brandless items of clothing. It's low-key, it's not in your face, it's not showing that you're rich. Keep your stuff simple -- low or minimal branding, at best. The best part of about this is that it's timeless. A simple, grey crew neck is something I've worn for a few years and it still looks great on me.

UPGRADE ACCESSORIES
I don't think men fully understand just how powerful accessories are to build up a wardrobe. It really has the power to restructure what you already have without having to buy new clothes.

Make a list. Most of you have at least one of these: necklaces, rings, watches, bracelets, sunglasses. Whatever you don't have, prioritize. If you ask me, the most impactful one on that list is the sunglasses.

When it comes to dressing well, the best accessory you can have are sunglasses because that's the one thing that can make you physically (more) attractive. They structure your face, they add balance, they add symmetry, on top of hiding imperfections, on top of being the item that elevates what you have on. And let's not forget: sunglasses have the functionality to block the harm to your eyes from the sun's rays.

It's incredible to me when thinking about all of the benefits sunglasses gives you, and yet a lot of men still are not wearing them. You're leaving so much on the table, and I don't want you to be that guy this year.

TRY NEW STYLES
You should not be stuck in the past.

Look, I'm a sucker for classic pieces. I have certain pieces in my wardrobe that are two, three or four years old. That's all well and good, but on the other hand style should be fun. I've been dressing well for years now. I am not stuck on that same style from ten years ago.

With style, you can try new pieces, new aesthetics, new fits that you're not used to, which keeps everything creative and fun. All of this makes you want to get up that day, dress well and show the best version of yourself.

By the way, the same thing applies to your hair style. If you incorporate those changes, you won't look like the guy who's been dressing the same way for the last ten years.

CLEAN OUT THE TRASH
I would venture to say that seventy-five percent of your wardrobe is useless, and I know what you're saying: "National, you actually want me to throw out my closet?" Yeah, pretty much.

If you analyze your wardrobe, you'll realize that you wear only twenty-five percent of it. Everything else is just bulk. All of that stuff is taking up space and taking up time in the morning for you, trying to make this imaginary decision we all know you're going to make, which is to gravitate towards the same pair of jeans you always like to wear. That should tell you that seventy-five percent of your closet should go.

Anything that has shrunk, that's overstretched, faded, anything that has bacon neck, that's torn, stained, should be gone. If you sell those things on eBay, you could make $100-$500 depending on how expensive those things were. You can take that money to update your wardrobe.

WORK ON YOUR BODY
This is going to decide if you're going to look good. When you're athletic and fit, everything looks good on you, better than the other guy. When you work on your body, you're also working on your clothes. Not only will clothes look better on you, you'll also have more options. Guys who are overweight have a harder time finding clothes that fit, and the clothes that do fit are out of style, and the ones that are in style only amounts to a very small selection.

Don't make your life harder. Instead of making it harder that way, make it harder by going to the gym.

Pick your struggle. I'd rather pick the gym struggle. You'll expand your life and you're going to make it easier for yourself to pick out clothes from any department store.

I'm telling you, being attractive is powerful because there is ...

AN ATTRACTIVE BIAS
That attractive premium can mean the difference between you making more money on your salary, getting higher grades even though you're not smarter.

Attractive people have a higher chance of being in leadership positions. Studies have shown that attractive CEOs brought in better gains for their companies in the stock market, and they were better at retaining their employees. You are nearly fifty-five percent more likely to get a call back from the interviewer if you are attractive. Listen, it's so bad out there that unattractive people can serve up to 120 percent more time behind bars for the same crime. There is an attractive bias and you need to start caring about how you look.

You can start with your hair. This is one area most men don't pay attention to because they think it's too feminine. Getting a haircut regularly should be a standard, along with keeping track of the products you put on your hair.

Hair is something people will notice about you right away. If you get a haircut that actually suits your face shape, it's going to make you more attractive.

DRESS BETTER
I may dress formal one day, and the next day I would wear something casual. I like to be versatile with my style. I like to keep things entertaining because I love to dress well. When it comes to a man, you don't have to be that versatile. I mean, it'll help ... but you can get away with doing the bare minimum.

Make sure the clothing fits right, make sure it looks good, and make sure it flatters your body shape. That's it. You can look good as a man by wearing the right t-shirt. Start adopting white simple tees, black simple tees, solid colored tees that fit right made out of a good quality, and that's it. Pair them up with some jeans and nice sneakers and you should be set.

BECOME MORE CHARASMATIC
You can get these women to like you just by conversing with them, having great conversations. The only way to develop this is to practice. You have to stop being so isolated. The only way to do that -- even if you don't have any friends -- is to talk to different people.

Doing this is going to be uncomfortable ... but because you're doing it, it'll force yourself to grow and become comfortable in uncomfortable situations so you can have natural conversations with anyone, especially women.

INVEST IN SKINCARE
First things people notice when they see you are your hair and skin, and that's just the natural progression of your eyesight. If you have ashy skin, if you have acne, if it's dried out or flaky, if it's oily, those are all negative connotations that'll make others think that you haven't washed your face in weeks, and I'm going to remind you of the Halo Effect when I talked about it back in December: when they start thinking negative things about you, everything else after that will be viewed through that negative lens, which is why you need to perfect all of your bases.

Having a skincare routine is a hygienic requirement. You should washing your face everyday, you should be exfoliating once or twice a week, and you should be using a moisturizer on a daily basis. If you follow this routine, you will go through your 20s and 30s with perfect and radiant skin, minimizing imperfections, minimizing wrinkles and looking more attractive.

FIX YOUR POSTURE
You can do everything I said in this list right. But if you're always hunched over, if you're always walking around with your head not held high, not walking as if you own the room, not walking with confidence, instantly people will think you're insecure, even if you're not. Even if you're not insecure, that's what you're projecting to the world with poor body posture, which will be seen as less attractive.

People with the right posture look better because the clothing fits right, you're highlighting your broad shoulders, you look proud, you look tall. Fixing your posture is a great way to get your clothes looking good, which makes you more attractive.

NATURAL CLASSIC
Bricey (rhymes with pricey) was walking through the park carrying a duffel bag. I had no idea how she was going to make it to where ever she needed to be with that thing because it looked too heavy for her to carry. She was struggling with it and chose to carry it using the shoulder strap as opposed to using the handles. I figured she needed to rest before it was going to be too much for her to handle.

She was walking in the direction to where her car was, which about a fifteen-minute walk from where I stopped her. Her plan was to drive out to Long Island to spend time with her boyfriend, but she was willing to participate in the shoot.

This was the first shoot I did that took place on a bench from beginning to end. I loved how she was always laughing, smiling, and being a bit silly. Bricey is a fun conversationalist, sharing entertaining stories that were short and to the point.

She had so much fun during the shoot, and you can tell from the photos. The whole concept was fascinating to her and she wanted to know more about me. At one time she said, "If I were your girlfriend, I'd be soooo cool with your fetish. Like, so cool with it. I don't know how you made this so much fun for me, but you have."

Thanks to everyone who posted a comment over the last several days. They don't go unnoticed and I truly appreciate your support and I'm glad you found something about these women that you liked.

I'm going to be back for the Summer 2023 edition of this thread, and everyone in here is going to have an opinion about the women I have in store for all of you. It'll be a heatwave outside, and this thread will be your best place to go to cool off. It'll be the stuff that the Visionair Era is made of.

Thank you all, and take care of yourselves.

From left to right, top row to bottom row.

- Very impressed with Valerie-dictorian's soles.
- Lethenta, secretly on the lookout to make sure no evil spirits haunt us.
- I just love making these women smile. Makes them comfortable to talk to me about anything without judgement.

- Since that shoot with Grand Slam Champion, I've seen her several times since then, always playing tennis, and sometimes taking more time out of her day to talk with me a variety of topics. A real sweetheart.
- Unlimited. She has my utmost respect for the blood, sweat, and tears she dedicated to her spot of field hockey. Her feet stays looking amazing after all of the battles she's been through. Amazing.
- National Park Girl's backpack bares the logo of the organization she pledges to. And I love her feet from that angle.
- Bricey Nicey felt so noticed and pretty. It made her feel so good.

There are pretty girls all around the world, and most of them aren't porn stars. This is the Natural Park thread where you'll find nothing but real girl-next-door amateurs posing their feet for this perfect stranger all for the fun of it. For those of you who find yourselves being into the amateur niche of foot fetish photography, with an emphasis on women who are not professional models, an emphasis on amateur foot modeling, this is your place to be.

We shifted away into a new phase called the Visionair Era this past December and you'll see more of that work in the coming days. The women felt special indeed, and you'll see through the work I've put together.

Approaching women in the park during the summer months is very fun. Lots of bare feet to be seen, making Central Park my DisneyLand.

A very short shoot featuring a Russian lady who teaches Tai Chi. It wasn't until she volunteered that information to me that it finally made sense to my why she kept moving around even I didn't want her to move around so much. She was doing her Tai Chi movements when I had to remind her that the focus of the shoot was going to be centered around her feet.

I got the impression that she uses this martial arts form to show off the gracefulness, smoothness, roundness, and beautiful motions of the poses, making it look like another form of yoga. In other words, she probably practices it for health reasons and not so much on how to defend herself.

For the little time we shared, I did enjoy the shoot.

I was having a slow day in the park and the clouds were getting greyer. A lot of rain was in the forecast for that afternoon and I was hoping to find someone who would make for a great shoot before the rain would start. I see someone walking towards the exit of the park and one look at her told me that she would be completely fine for a shoot.

When you approach women for this type of stuff, you'll meet those who say yes without hesitation, those who say no, and those who are on the fence. It's the ones who are in the middle where you have to incorporate a bit more charm into the conversation, to be a bit more persuasive, and that was what I found myself doing with this one, and it didn't take as long as I thought it would before she finally decided to do it.

If I remember correctly, she's from Bakersfield, California or somewhere thereabouts. She was in New York with her husband who was a participant in some nationwide barber competition at the time this shoot took place. In addition to being a wife, she's also a mother of three. She lets her kids ride around outside on their dirt bikes. The kids riding their own dirt bikes, not their parents, in case anyone was confused as to how I used the word "their" in the previous sentence.

She said, when asked why her kids take up the activity to ride dirt bikes around, "Not only is riding a dirt bike fun, but my sons and daughter will learn lessons that will help strengthen and build them. A new challenging trail is frustrating, but their refusal to quit and trying again will build their character.

"Also, it's not hard to keep your kids away from drugs – one thing that can make a huge difference is allowing them to have another activity that they enjoy. Getting my children into dirt biking has cost us a decent amount of cash, knowing some of risks involved, but it's a whole lot better than getting into drugs or something worse for an extracurricular activity."

She was not a girly girl growing up who played with Barbie's 'n stuff. "Growing up, all the other girls wanted to do was play with makeup and hairdos and gossip! I never saw these things as fun. I prefer gaming over make overs and action films over romance."

Her favorite type of music is anything with an emo influence such as emo pop, pop-punk, you know ... something that's a blend of grunge and alternative rock that's characterized by melodic musicianship and expressive, often confessional lyrics.

WHAT'S ON HER FEET
"They're very retro yet modern. They're actually the only Vans I have but I definitely like them when I see them on other people around town. There so comfy, too. I sometimes wear mine without socks, but I decided to go with socks today 'cause they're cute."

ABOUT HER FEET THEMSELVES
"Honestly, I've never had very strong feelings about my feet. Aside from treating them to a pedicure every once in a while, I don't pay a ton of attention to them. But they do so much for me -- I definitely take them for granted. At least they aren't ugly. I don't think I'd change anything about them -- I love them just the way they are!"

I don't see how anyone can disagree with you there. I like that it takes up so much of the photo, almost like measuring your face against it to see how much of that it'll cover. Being that close to her feet was amazing.

I met Katherine, a lovely lady. She's thoughtful, loving, caring and kind. Kind enough to let me take pictures of her feet. She was glad she went with the boots she wore that day. She was feeling "extra pretty" that day and went with the floral design on her boots to help brighten her mood. A part of her believed that had she not worn those boots om that day, then I would not have noticed her. The sole of her boots are semi-transparent. You are able to see her socks through them.

She started reading that novel she held in her hands just because the title bore her name on it. She's no expert in math (which is part of the story), but the topic of relationships was what sold her on it and is curious to see if she can relate to what's going on in the book, which you can know a little bit about here.

--

She graduated from University with a major in music theatre and vocal performance. She's a performance artist, creating work through actions performed by her and/or other participants, whether it's live or recorded, spontaneous or scripted.

At its worst, her art form can seem gratuitous, boring or just plain weird. But, at its best, her performances tap into our most basic shared instincts: our physical and psychological needs for food, shelter, sex, and human interaction; our individual fears and self-consciousness; our concerns about life, the future, and the world we live in. Either by herself or with a group of people, the scenes presented often forces us to think about issues in a way that can be disturbing and uncomfortable, but it can also make us laugh by calling attention to the absurdities in life and the idiosyncrasies of human behavior.

She's won some singing competitions and has done voice over work for a very popular show on Netflix.

In describing it, it was beautifully put by her, "It (meaning the type of work she does) allows a broadening of the perspectives of life beyond the daily grind. It can expand your personal space, allows you to be transported to a place in your mind that you might only have dreamed of, and allows you to escape your problems. You can admire the performer's expertise in his or her portrayal of a character. As a professional in the field, I don't think an audience of today realizes how much their presence affects the performance. In this day and age of the internet, one thinks that everything is available there. But a live performance is truly a meeting of one human directly with another. There is no substitute for that type of communication."

HER VIEWS ON FEET
"Feet are simply not considered disgusting, if you ask me. I don't think women should be ashamed of them. I'm not ashamed of mine. Come to think of it, there's little to the human body that should be shameful, but that's an entirely different question."

 -

Katherine shows love through her words and actions. She's typically motivated by a desire to bring happiness, joy, comfort, and calmness to those around her. In addition, she shows love when she treats herself with kindness, compassion, and understanding. Talented and brave.
